If you want to rent a place thats comparable to a house you will pay out the ass.
I guess you could get away cheaper if you rent a very small place and live a minimal life, but a house really has many benefits.
Can be loud, can modify it as you like, get a garage and hobby rooms.
I'd love to have a proper work shop and a home gym. But renting a place with that would be retarded.

I think its partially because kids are used to F2P games and most do not take the whale bait and because many straight up dont play and just watch youtube/twitch.

because its a system that calibrates itself and its hardly a problem because it calibrates itself fast.
it should take players about an hour of play to get into a range that more or less makes sense for them.
its the previous ranked system that makes no sense and sets up bad expectations and habits.

of course the actual problem is that people dont actually play enough. twenty matches is fucking nothing and then you are matched with people that are close to your skill level. its insane that anybody would even bring that up.
oh no I have to play the equivalent of two FT10s against some people that might be stronger than me the horror.

its insane how bad the MSQ and quests in general are gameplay wise compared to literally any other mmo.

I simply dont play SFV anymore because the competition is gone and I refuse to play SF6 because its garbage for retards.
If you were to magick evo champions back into SFV ranked again I will be back but as it is I see no point in booting it up.
