This is simply incorrect. If you are under arrest and you lock yourself in your car, the appropriate level of force is to break your window and drag you out. The cops can apply a reasonable amount of violence to detain you, a single strike to the face; is totally fine to arrest a non-compliant and argumentative young male.

You arent guaranteed this option under the law. If you are placed under arrest you MUST comply, if you do not the officers can use reasonable force to arrest you.
Also if your retarded ass watched ALL of the videos. It was a solo arrest and because of his refusal to comply with identification and proof of insurance and was argumentative, the deputy called for back up. Also a senior officer did show up and talk with him through the back window, and he argued with him and refused to comply as well; the Sr officer then approved them to break the window after he gave a warning the window would be broke, and the other officer warned the window would be broken and he still refused to comply.
