I have a lot of love for a lot of different sound tracks
but if I where to go purely by how often I listen to an OST it would be unquestionably trails in the sky FC and SC.

they have those. rosebud ai has it. it generates a lot of code but basically ignores you and its quite expensive to run. with 3 prompts I couldn't even get anything more complex than a premade asset I can buy for like 20-30 dollars that will do almost all of the ground work I need. the real thing I want is an AI agent that can help me work in my dev environment, but the problem is that I want it to run locally. I dont even care if I had to pay for a subscription I just dont want to get proompt blocked.

>lost potential
a good example of that actually is the joke I made earlier about alice noticing sylvia ate all of the ice creams. what if instead of that hypothetical that never happened mia was there at the ice cream store and noticed she picked the last menu item and instead of a funny joke in alice putting the pieces together it became food for mia to further understand the possible ramifications of sylvias power through innocuous details. however, during that scene theres no perspective from mia, the scene is still just slice of life and cute, and the reader will be expected to remember for the later big reveal. just like in cold tea they are expected to remember that towa was around for lectors informal interrogation of Jessica and so could have, and in fact, did, tell rean about her power to predict things during the student council scene

this kind of thing is the kind of reason why i highly prefer Femcs. I don't know if its because people naturally enjoy seeing females in distress, but there's almost something tenchi about it, the girls get in over their head a lot more just like the male protag of said anime. People seem more willing to be harder on female protagonists, at least plot wise in narou, though thats not to say there isnt a ton of exceptions. But the point is, scenes like that, where the character has some kind of hidden power theyre trying to keep secret, and you are right there with them, but then they blow the secret and not even YOU the reader notice.
