if you interact with the fridge enough times at the end of chapter 2 there is a very small chance of Tenna turning fat during the chapter 3 introduction, allowing you to skip through the whole thing without even needing to fight the Knight (whose attacks would just bounce off).
You can still do an alternate version of the gameshow if you're not speedrunning, but there will be significant changes to many scenes. For example, if you trigger the Spamton foam scene, Tenna will now spray whipped cream at him instead, which Spamton will eat and use to turn fat as well. This will affect the Dealmaker stats.
The "Mike" encounter will also include the green Pippins (Battat) speculating on what happened to Tenna's diet and if the real Mike was involved.
You will need to find an extra secret chalk to give Susie the strength to lift Light World Tenna to move him to Castletown or Mettaton's house, or the save will be bricked.

He’s too needy for attention to take a backseat in his job, he would continue as a host no matter his size and the consequences. I also believe that his giant mechanical body can support an unrealistic amount of fat without being bedridden. We would still get to see him flustered on tv when he has wardrobe malfunctions, hip checks furniture across the set and take embarrassing pauses in the middle of sentences to catch his labored breath, all while the contestants struggle to hold in a laugh. It almost makes you think that at this point, the “host” is the spectacle and not the contestants.
