I mean didn't Flowey said something in the lines of "Oh somebody else is gonna watch this shit LMAO", taking a jab at people who'd watch a let's play of the genocide route rather than doing it themselves, same logic with the wierd route except weirder cause it's not like doing the weird route is hard and tedious like Undertale's genoslide, in fact shit's easier and it'll only get easier as we proceed deep into Noelle's cerebral cortex, where we will take control of her and start turning everyone into ice cream.

Funniest joke ever is that absolutely NONE of those Mother inspired games play like earthbound (not a single one of them incorporates the ticking health system from EB, it's all static damage you can't halt or slow down), and if they are Mother 3 inspired, they DO NOT have a storyline that flows like M3's does, nevermind EB.

It feels like every single EB inspired game is just people making something inspired BY THE IDEA OF EARTHBOUND IS IN THEIR HEADS rather than what it actually is. Illustrated example: ALL the fucking creepypasta-esque school rumour shit spew about what Gygas is. Even Undertale is very fucking deviated from Earthbound and shares hardly anything with it and this game was made by someone who GOT Earthbound's ending.

In a perfect world, Suselle's endgame is Noelle just accepting friendship over her stupid lustful thoughts so instead of stupid guitar lesbian scene it's Noelle and Susie doing that guitar hero shit in Tenna's tv time and having fun.

If anything, the whole "if Dess is the knight then who'd cause the roaring" argument ignores one crucial part: The Roaring could very well be something accidental, or a double meaning.
What if the shitstorm that'll occur in the light world is just Asgore's shop catching on fire (the garden consumed by the flames of jealousy)?
What if whatever that blocked the street leads to the roaring happening?
Hell, what if the roaring itself doesn't happen out of villainous intent such as Rudy/Carol using the dark world as pseudo-necromancy to revive their dead daughter, but it happens out of a fucking tantrum, wether that'd be Susie getting heart broken out of finding out that everyone in hometown, us included, are not worth trusting (it could happen by having the school's supply room get discovered and cleaned by Toriel who takes out all the junk but in a desperate attempt to keep all of the recruits you've gathered AKA hoarded a pile of junk into a tiny room that's a lot tinier now, she just grabs everything she can and summons a dark fountain, which is first played out as her stabbing the ground multiple times in broad daylight out of desperation to see her only trustworthy friends in the darkworld, only for shit to TRULY FUCKING HIT THE FAN as all of those multiple stabs were actually opening multiple dark fountains at the same time, and the slightest bit of extra shade just causes a fucking catastrophe of not one, not two, but multiple titans to start popping out.
Or in Snowgrave, the one who'd cause the roaring here would be Noelle primarily because while Susie is wrecked by emotions, you get a note that Berdly or Rudy fucking die and the crashout coming out of Noelle is going to rival this shit.

TL;DR: You can unveil the Knight's identity and still have tension to continue the plot because shit circles around the girls like moths to flame.
