I think the realtime battlesystem is a welcome change that makes for a more engaging gameplay loop than traditional turn based battles and I think Gamefreak should be recognized for at least experimenting with a new formula for the franchise and should be encouraged to peruse it going forward, and I also think the graphics are in fact better than SVs and the flat textured windows, while an compromise for what is otherwise incompetent optimization, is far less distracting to me than the godawful terrain and building textures of Scarlet and Violet, and while this is an extremely low bar to set, it did, in my opinion, nevertheless raise the bar from that, and so for whatever my opinions on SV were, I think it's warranted that PLZA be considered in higher regards to that overall.

OP is talking about Thermopolium, which were the Ancient Roman equivalent of fast food restaurants. The holes in the counter of that pic originally would likely have been used to hold bowl that were filled with various fried foods (yes Romans fried things in Olive Oil) although Roman slop would've been things like fried bugs, since real meat would've been too expensive and this was shit designed to appeal to the average plebian.

I don't want to take the "God works in mysterious ways" cope, but recently I was thinking about the Second Coming still hasn't happened after nearly 2,000 years. I then thought about how if it had happened earlier, I may never have been born, and thus not have gotten the chance to love God and be loved by God. Had the First Coming happened earlier, perhaps a butterfly effect would've occurred that would've prevented all of us ITT from ever existing.
