It's because they're always like, I saw a mysterious light in the sky and was taken into a craft and nothing really actually happens. Even stuff like The Flatwoods Monster is just, we saw an alium and then we couldn't find it. The only decent one I can think of really is All Colors Sam, but even then it's fairly boring with no real element of danger or any stakes to speak of.

I can't ever get something spicy enough so I ended up having to concoct my own stuff. Plus, being a cook, I like making my own stuff.

I Saw the Devil was pretty good. Choi Min-sik was also really good in Oldboy. Let me know what you think if you ever do watch it.
>people leave candy for the ghosty of a little girl in an abandoned asylum
>return to the room later to find the candy gone
Surely it must be the ghosty and not, I don't know, rats or roaches?

No, and even before that Texas passed a tax law on loose leaf cigarette tobacco making it far more expensive than regular prerolled cigarettes. A lot of tobacconissd, at least around here, tried to skirt it by not chopping the tobacco as finely and claiming it was meant for pipes, but that itself didn't last long.
Exactly. The only way to win is to play.

How many 50 year olds could there be around here? Not many I'd imagine.

I didn't learn about the attacks until I got home from school that day and my dad was home. I heard and read that other schools canceled classes for the day or sent children home early. But no such luck where I went.

He got 25 years for fraud and they let him put early cause of his declining health? That's fucked, shoulda let him decline and die in prison like they do the poor folks.

That wouldn't even cover gas.

You should learn to cook. It is a vital skill to have and opens up all new possibilities. In my relationships I have always done the cooking myself. Egg plant I cannot say I have ever actually had before, though I have cooked it for a vegetarian friend of mine. Made her a batch of my Japanese curry, but did egg plant and red bell peppers instead of beef. She quite liked it, though she gave me permission to make it as spicy as I eat my curry thinking she could play at my level. She could not. That was her only complaint, and she acknowledged it was her mistake for underestimating my heat tolerance.
I think what helped me a great deal is that I spent an inordinate amount of my life dwelling on death and the meaninglessness of existence. All them gloomy books finally paid off.

No beef in your stir fry? Stir fry was practically made for beef. No onions? I have a lost of things I am going to teach myself to make. After the two Cantonese pork dishes (char siu and siu yuk) I will moce on to learn Thai red curry and Thai mint beef. I don't know what the proper name for the mint beef is called, I just remember there was a small restaurant back home, they had two locations, one was in my actual home town. Both of them were very small, the one in my home town didn't even have tables. They were almost aseptic in how starkly empty they were. The menu was very small, maybe ten items tops? One of those was just called Thai mint beef. It was so damn good.

I just go onto the firefox app with my adblocker, go to youtube, and put on some music. I can exit the app, turn the screen off, whatever. The actual youtube app sucks.

I wanna talk to her about the new Al Cisneros EP that was dropped back in April.

George "Geo" Herriman was a mixed race cartoonist born in New Orleans in the late 19th century. He both created a comic called Krazy Kat and pioneered the Sunday comics. His comic Krazy Kat is one of the most influential comics ever created, influencing cartoonists, writers, and many of the AbEx painters. It's the first comic ever written that was considered to have risen past what was considered a low class base form kf entertainment into the realms of high art. He experimented with panel layouts, incorporated surrealist ideas into the comics, and in Krazy has what could be considered the first non-binary character to appear in comics (Krazy's gender shifts back and forth, being referred to as both a male and a female).
