Unreliable gameplay, terrible writing damaging the story even worse than Chrono Cross did to Chrono Trigger, and they ran out of GOOD Disney Movies. I don't see how Kingdom Hearts 4 will sell good because right now this series is in a bad spot and KH4 being multiplat won't salvage it. And don't say they got Star Wars because that's a damaged brand thanks to Disney destroying it.

That said when it comes to the guest characters I wanted characters from gaming ala Pac Man and Minecraft. Whether you love them or hate them gaming characters are a nice fit to include. I wanted Mario, Mega Man, Dante (he crossed over with Shin Megami Tensei so that's Sega related), Sora, etc. Sega wasted their cash on gaining the license to characters people aren't prone to like at least not within the Sega fandom.
