What bothers me about the Non Sega characters is that they are monumentally lame choices. I would even tolerate Mickey Mouse being a racer over Spongebob. In fact Sega created Mickey Mouse Castle of illusion one year BEFORE creating Sonic the Hedgehog.

That said when it comes to the guest characters I wanted characters from gaming ala Pac Man and Minecraft. Whether you love them or hate them gaming characters are a nice fit to include. I wanted Mario, Mega Man, Dante (he crossed over with Shin Megami Tensei so that's Sega related), Sora, etc. Sega wasted their cash on gaining the license to characters people aren't prone to like at least not within the Sega fandom.

Young kids don't give a FUCK about Disney. To young kids now Disney is some lame shit that adults like. The last time Disney was a big hit with young people was the first Frozen movie. That was Disney's last juggernaut when they were culturally trending and what a shitty movie with god awful morals. Really, it's a gross movie and if you think you can live life like Elsa from Frozen you deserve misery for shirking your responsibilities.

Disney has not made anything good in many years which is why they keep remaking their Loser Millennial movies like Lilo and Stitch which recently made a billion at the box office. I wonder what's Disney going to do when they finish remaking all their golden movies into live action. We know Frozen live action must happen. But they will run out eventually.

Anyway Disney keeps making trash and its why they have lost goodwill while young people prefer Disney's competition and I mean outside of animation. Kids prefer playing video games or internet entertainment over lame Disney shit.

But I also disagree about kids not wanting movies, look at the trilogy of Sonic Movies recently. Boys loved them because Sonic is cool especially once they fixed his Ugly Sonic design. The only sad thing is that Sonic Movie 4 is all about Shitty Feminism so that movie is going to ruin everything.
