It was malicious because he knew he was unqualified to drive and committing criminal fraud,the same as many Indians who scam the visa system with fake diplomas and cause accidents or worse begin a medical career in western countries. This is why nearly all Indians approve of the killing of 3 people, because they do not want to face the consequences of their own actions. It is actually a landmark case which will determine whether the law and western notions of morality and ethics apply in western countries, or like India it will be a free for all and traffic safety and work safety laws are rarely enforced. It is ironic because many Indians migrated to the west to escape their low trust society and now want to turn the west into one.

You'd think a doctor would be someone you can trust, someone intelligent who can correctly diagnose cancer early and save your life, but this unfortunately will soon no longer the case. We will no longer live in a high trust society, we will live in constant fear of being scammed or lied to in a way that will cause us and our families untold suffering, and the law and no one will give a shit. People dismiss the idea that inviting people of vastly different cultures has disadvantages like this, but it is very real, it is not even about some "racist" distaste for superficial elements of that culture, it is a real existential threat, crime, corruption and poverty can have a catastrophic effect on someone's life. I've spent the last two years making jeets do things right or else. Some of the dev teams are so shit that they literally can't understand the concepts I'm requiring. If they can't do the work, they get fired eventually.

When I started, the product engineering department had control of the code scanners and would just mark anything as a false positive to make the reports clean.
