Its not just Canada. Much of the world is importing them for some fucking reason. Even though everyone can see it happening.
I'd say the reason Canada was hit so hard by their shit is because Canada's population wasn't very large. so importing 10million jeets vs the 30 some million that Canada had before, had a major and rapid impact.
They're everywhere. But Canada does have a couple hot spots with way more jeets than other cities. Brampton is maybe the biggest example of a hive city of jeets.
I have a Russian friend I work with. He told me something that made me both angry and sad.
"When I first came to Canada, like most Russians and Ukrainians, we were dropped in Brampton first. I thought brampton was typical canadian city until I came to Alberta and finally saw the Canada I heard about before coming here"
If ANY good has come of this. People are very rapidly becoming openly racist. Sure they're focused on jeets. but those who were anti-racist, now hate jeets and are coming around quickly on other races.
