I think I can see what he means, though his conclusion about trannies is kinda hamfisted. When something taboo becomes commonplace, at least within a certain group, it slowly stops being taboo and becomes the norm, and the effect it has on people weakens. This also applies to porn, where people constantly jerking off to weird shit get accustomed to it and it gets boring, so they need weirder shit to reach the same heights, so it loops into itself, and, in a way, stops being about just sex but more about twisting the idea of it into new, stranger shapes, leading into the depths of degeneracy that no light can reach. And that's how you get men roleplaying as Sailor Moon getting raped by Squidward or something to that effect.
That being said, I don't find that animation particularly outlandish by any standards, just kinda lame with the too much blatant flashing and not much besides, but then again, I have seen plenty in my time on the internet.
