We're well past peak UV levels now, should be safe to go out soon

Going out this early means I'll be outside during peak UV hours, will need sunglasses, a hat and to keep another load of SPF to renew after 2 hours.

UV - 7 High - Seek shade during midday hours, cover up and wear sunscreen.

Very high UV today, Hope you're factoring up every 2 hours minimum and wearing approtiate sun gear (shades, hat)
