I've been playing Genshin for so long, I can easily count the character's moves. It typically goes like:

>4-5 normal swings for DPS-type characters (3 for supports)
>1 charged attack
>1 plunge attack
>1 skill
>if skill/burst has new moveset, it's a 4-5 normal swings
>1 burst
A good example of this is Raiden Shogun-sama banzai!!!

I think Kuro misinterpreted player complaints about the 2nd half not having enough content. Instead of adding more like companion quests of 1.0 4-star characters, they just divide the main quest progression for the 2nd half. Waiting until July for the rest of the quest is too long.
