About to start my thrid attempt at char siu, still have my nktes from my last attempt l so I'm gonna tweak it and see how that comes out. Also gonna make bulgogi later tonight. Besides food I have my painting studio restocked on solvents so I can start working again.

I will say this about Salem's Lot though. They did a show called Chapelwaite a few years back that served as a prequel series to Salem's Lot. The first few episodes of that were actually very good. Just Adrian Brody going mad and hallucinating worms and the vampires were dark shadowy figures that behaved as the classic vampires, that is slicing necks and drinking from buckets. They lost that great horror feeling though by, like, epidose 4 or something.
