I think that it's going to be broken as long as HR is involved in decision making. I work with several departments, and by far HR shows the worst judgment I've seen. I'm replaying Kingdom's of Amalur. I was a bit disappointed in it back in the day, but playing it again now... it kinda strikes me how much it makes me feel like I'm in a fantasy world. I've played too many fantasy games lately that just seem like a normal work with some fantasy RPG stuff tacked on. I still wish the combat had a bit more depth, and that the side quests had more effort put into them, but... it's actually pretty good.
