Keep a list of things to do and distractions next to you and write everything that gets stuck in your head down and put it away for later. Eventually you'll run out of concerns. This is the problem I have saying this, anyone with adequate development can tell immediately if human is in hand or not, spirits who are not of human origin do not have the same energy as humans do nor do they look like one in close inspection, this might be true for people without experience or developed body, even then I suspect the people can tell these instances apart, it looked like human but really wasn't.
