It only takes like 10 minutes to make 4 lunches worth, it's great. Easy peasy. I might make turkey burgers for dinner, with olives spinach and feta, and have that with rice. Also a piece of cake to make. Just dump shit into a bowl, form it into patties, and bake. You aren't going to have things handed to you. If you want easy to cook good meals you have to seek them out, no one is going to explain to you step by step how to live yourself. Join the army if you want that.
