Actually I played Orange Box. Most of my teen years was Quake then TF2. I remember when Halo CE came out I had it on PC but thought it was pretty gay except for the vehicles, then UT2004 came out which had vehicles anyways, so I was like whatever lol, but then WoW came out and I dropped FPS for a good while anyways. I played COD4 for a little while but I just got bored of it and went to LFD which released shortly after. Straight out of high school I had LFD2, Dungeon Defenders, and Spiral Knights. Additionally, I played various capcom fighters and also bloody roar primal fury. I remember Burning Crusade released the same year I think. I mostly played it less and less after that until finally quitting in MoP.

None of this should reflect what I enjoy now, however. Jerking off over the past is retard behavior.

Yeah, that's why they're fun. Fighting games are about a fun meta of characters that excel at everything that makes the game fun, not having a patch every other month to arbitrarily shake up the meta until the next game at which point its completely aborted and forgotten by everyone. This is why people like MvC2, because the top tiers are fun to play. Sentinel is the ultimate fighting game character and it feels really good to control characters like that well. New fighting games don't have characters that feel unique and special to control, at best they have gimmicks that set them apart but still just feel like bland functions.

Not really "allowed" on fightcade. I played Chaka mostly and I could handle every character just fine except vanilla ice, which was really tough when it was a good player. I used to go into the lobby once in a blue moon and people would think I was sharking just because 90% of the lobby was fucking retarded.
