Yeah, the chapter 4 Titan fight was a chore to do and I don't trust anyone who says it's a better fight than Tenna's.
But there's something interesting about being able to fight the Knight and the Titan this early, if the Roaring is just gonna make you fight these two again then that's just not very interesting from a storytelling perspective. My prediction is that Toby is gonna derail the story in an unexpected way so he wanted to get the obvious fights out of the way first. So I don't think we're fighting the knight and a titan again, it doesn't make sense. As far as we know, the roaring might not even happen.

I tried this once but I have no choice but to try again, please hear me out.
I don't think Dess is the Knight at all, it feels out of nowhere and I'll get to why as I explain along.
It's Carol, every evidence thus far piles up against her and I'll get down to it as we go along.
Let's go way back, before we even see her and how scary she's described as, always busy and rarely ever seen, with a dangerous aura to anyone present. Always busy... DOING WHAT?! Nobody knows, (You) don't know but it's absolutely certain she doesn't sit on her ass all day doing politics paperwork!
No, she has something she should be doing, something that likely left her scarred as much as the rest of her family, even though they all try to keep a facade of how it doesn't affect them. But it does, it shows how each is affected and how they cope, Rudy is always positive, Noelle looks for someone to fill the Dess-shaped void, her mom presumably stumps herself with "work".
It's always been Dess, of course, the still missing daughter of hers that, even if she was a rebellious shit, it still matters to her.
Moving along, we get a little more revealed about her with the dogs that get jailed. She's stupidly strong and fast, on top of that dangerous aura she has... Just because of trespassing, merciless. And as we learn later, a more chuuni side with her metal shuriken snowflakes, katanas and so on.
The more it BUILDS UP, the clearer it becomes there's something more that goes on with her, until we piece together with the last chapters. The mayor, Carol, has access to the bunker as well, and is working with Kris and even may like him but, what for...?
Dess. It's the most feasible explanation after all, as Carol is very aware of Dark Worlds and their inner workings, maybe even the prophecy as well due to how even other characters point out, she could wipe the party out but, she doesn't, maybe because over the prophecy or maybe because the SOUL is the only way to close them(cont
