First ever WoW guild I joined was ruined by a woman who was sending nudes to two different officers who eventually wanted the other banned and it turned into some gay ass civil war shit.
I ended up leaving that server anyways and joining a new one and in that guild (which was like the 2nd ranked guild in the server) it had like 4-5 women who were all pretty chill except for 1 of them who was kind of an attentionwhore but kept in check by the other women. It helped that all the other women were definitely in their 30s/40s and were actually just adults. Two of them were married to guys who were in the guild, one was single, and then the younger one who wanted attention was put in her place by them if she got out of line.
That guild was awesome and worked well. We progged, we farmed, we had a great time. I was the youngest person in the guild (I believe I was 16 or 17 at the time) but they were all really nice to me and didn't treat me like crap. My old guild used to make fun of me for being young (I was 15, I think) even though I definitely was one of the best players in the guild.

It really is just down to maturity. If your guild is full of horny teens or early 20-somethings then a single woman can destroy it. If your guild leader is some oldfag classic D&D and everquest player in his 40s who has seen many thots in his life then he will be unphased. Even better if he is married and his equally old everquest wife also plays.
