Well shit... I've just doomed myself to have a shit future in the game. I spent all my pulls on the Nice Natty banner and got one copy... I'll be able to hit pity but you don't want an lb2 Nice Natty, you're expecting her maxed. Now I'm not going to be able to pull anything else, my Christmas Oguri funds are down the drain and since I need Nice Natty at max lb I've got essentially nothing out of it...
I did get some SR's maxed. Can anyone advise me if the Nishino Flower, Meisho Doto and the Tosen Jordan cards are worth levelling up?

It's just trying to figure out why the strats are even meant to be viable outside of long or medium length races. I feel like I'm paying extra stats that could have gone into lol 1k speed for the privilege of having to work harder.
I also feel like a good number of the skills aren't really balanced to allow anyone other than front runners and chasers to benefit from them. I haven't seen many that are, "Increase velocity for every overtake late race" or along those lines. Meanwhile the fronts are completely spoiled with the amount of velocity boosts and stamina restores in their skill lists.

Where gives the best resources for finding out how to enhance personal skills or the choices for events? I'm trying to get Matikanefukukitaru's skill but whilst the site I'm using has the choice consequences it doesn't properly tell me how her skill is unlocked
