I was let go this week. Contrast position unfortunately. But after 2 weeks of training so far and being told I was doing a great job. Was thanked by my boss for coming in early. Passed everything with training so far with no issues, and was even told I had clearly been taking good notes and paid attention when it came to practice sessions.

Only to get a call telling me I had been let go from the company for performance reasons. That I had been not doing my job, and how I was so far behind the other employees.

It just doesnt add up to anything I had experienced with this job the last few weeks. I feel like it has to be a lie to save face, that its budget cuts or some other reason they dont want to admit. so they came up with a basic performance issue lie to get me out the door along with others.
