He has no one to blame but himself. The Nuggets were probably going to fail anyway because of Michael Pussy Jr falling apart again and Gordon eventually getting hurt, too. But if Westbrook could have contributed *anything* and been even a C-minus player they probably bring him back on a one year minimum just for the depth. But he was a fucking liability. Not only did he not contribute anything positively, he was a liability most of the time who just did stupid and inexplicable shit twice per quarter.
He's literally unplayable. He's unironically Ben Simmons tier now, hence absolutely no one even offering him a minimum deal.

Later writers trying to turn Genosha into something for the X-Men to constantly bring up and bash the Avengers for is just retarded, and readers who see it and think "wow, Emma Frost is so right here" are just as retarded.
In-story, the whole thing happened within minutes, to quickly for anyone to have reacted to, the X-Men themselves didn't do anything about it, and couldn't have done anything about it, complaining that nobody else showed up is just stupid. Also, Genosha was a rogue nation ruled by a terrorist megalomaniac who'd literally just tried to start WWIII in the X-Men storyline immediately before this, so the general reaction from most of the rest of the world was pic related.
