Me and a group of friends recently started playing tactical/milsim games more often.
Two new gentlemen joined us, but they have almost no experience with the genre. I managed to teach them basics about regular infantry/squad movement in open spaces, which works fine for games like ArmA/Rising Storm 2 or similar, 80% of the time.
However, Tarkov and Ready or Not are usually just a CQC fuckfest that I usually cannot get control of as a Squad Lead. Even the guys who I played with for longer, tend to forget how to clear corridors and rooms without getting whacked by the error they committed or just by friendly fire, because one guy peeked the way he should not. I am not in the best shape either, as I have played tactical shooters most my life with max 2 people. Guidebook/Rulebook about Movement/Cover/Engagement around staircases, corridors, rooms and buildings in general is what I need. 5-man, 6-man squads is the group we currently have. Either I am too retarded to find proper google results or this is some crypto-special-forces knowledge that mere mortals cannot find that easily.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

FoA is my personal fork of Ultima Memento which is a fork of Adventurers of Akalabeth which is a fork of Ruins & Riches which is a fork of UO Odyssey by Djeryv. It's UO remade to be played as a single-player or small group sandbox adventure. This server has been running in one form or another for almost 2 years, although we wiped in March for the switch to Memento as its base. The way I've always described it is a shared single-player experience. My notable changes:
>Boss HP scaling based on number of players and non-summoned followers engaging them.
>Neutral and evil monster races must maintain 2.5k and 5k fame/karma respectively to enter most towns.
>Unlike other trade skills, Alchemy does count toward the skill cap.
>Trade skills that gave a direct combat bonus no longer give that bonus.
>Tracking now gives a percentage weapon and spell damage bonus against the tracked mob equal to 25% of your Tracking skill.
>Town Guards don't instagib and are killable, but they're still really tough.
>Trail Maps reworked to a non-magic recall system.
>Lower Reagent Cost capped at 80%.
>Player corpse bones persist for a year, so other players who come through a dungeon will know you died there months ago.

i made this server with an intent to relive the old minecraft days, when the game didnt have jewbillion useless blocks and mobs. the server is fully vanilla, but requires a minecraft account to join (no poorjeets allowed). the server is pure survival, meaning that anything is encouraged (the way it should be).
