I can imagine a system to palliate this bandwidth problem. The structure limit is in place so that the servers don't get flooded and so that we need to rely on other people's structures as well. In offline mode neither of those reasons make sense.
When the player switches to offline, his bandwidth becomes unlimited but a message appears warning him that if he switches back to online mode than his oldest structures will be dismantled one by one until the online bandwidth limit is reached. I don't think this would be impossible to code.
If the devs didn't want players to go offline than they shouldn't have given us the option to do so. So let's do it correctly.

Anons, am I retarded, or is this a plausible workflow?
>make a character in Daz
>add all needed geografts (Breastacular, specifically, and the pussy graft)
>use Diffeomorphic to export it to Blender
It's all clear up to this point
>somehow join the geografts to the main model (while keeping the grafts' rigging?)
>somehow uv unwrap the texture so I can customize it/replace with my own
