Die Oide ist die letzten Tage immer nach Hause gekommen wie gewöhnlich aber ihr Mann und das Auto sind einfach WEG.

I upgraded and rebuilt an old prebuilt I had a while ago, exchanged the PSU, mobo, GPU and case. So far so good, performance is markedly better and all BUT. Now despite the performance increase there is an almost ever present stutter or frametime issues, as if something is out of synch or something, making some games quite uncomfortable. FPS are good, CPU and GPU useage don't go beyond 50-60%. Turning off and on vsynch either ingame or in the novidia control panel does not seem to help either. It tends to be most obvious when moving the mouse and looking around. Any ideas?

A lot of prebuilts use propietary components that cannot be easily upgraded.Years ago I made the mistake of getting a prebuild because I didn't want to bother building a new PC at the time and regretted it when I wanted to upgrade it. I had to practicqally rebuild the PC from scratch, the only standard components were CPU and old GPU, I had to throw out the PSU, mobo, even the case was impossible to reuse.

And it's hard to tell but that looks like a regular ratchet, not a torque wrench, which would've been another problem since you have to tighten the nuts to a specific torque otherwise they'll fall off / cause problems
