Its not and the biggest thing it fixed from PoE1 is the headhunter into mageblood pipeline and jewel stacking. One piece of gear can completely change the dynamic of your character, which is why leaguestarter youtube builds don't work in endgame and you have to dynamically adjust your character to your needs. You're filling in the gaps in your offensive and defensive layers with both your build and your gear.

Uh no, the majority of good video games are not console exclusives. Consider this, approximately 19,000 games released on steam last year. That's more than the Switch's library throughout its entire lifespan. There are a mere 717 SNES games with US releases, even less for NES. Applying Sturgeon's Law to this (90% of all things are shit) that means there are only approximately 71 noteworthy titles on the SNES. You could play through all that in one month.

However, all the really good games are on *Steam*. All those old games people used to play, spiritual successors have been made on PC that are for enthusiasts instead of just little kids. This means PC has a thriving indie scene that far exceeds anything on console.
