i hate customer service so fucking much it's unreal. 3rd worlders who barely speak english should not be fielding calls in english
last time i had to call customer support for something, i had to make 2 separate calls each an hour long being transferred back and forth through multiple departments to various indians who all lacked the comprehension to even understand the problem i needed solved because it's not part of their script of basic problems. i'd have to repeat myself multiple times and dumb things down because they couldn't understand any technical terms that explained what i needed done.
finally they transferred me to some guy in texas and i got everything sorted in 5 minutes.
