Does he realize he could've helped steer it in what he believes is the "correct path" if he had an honest talk instead of seething in his corner. The initiative starts from a consumer problem, you're not going to convince people if you say "it's wrong" without addressing problems consumers are facing. Same energy as devs seething at people blaming UE5: the root of the consumer problem is degrading optimization of PC games but similarly people just stop at surface level "it's not an engine problem" and leave it at that.
