I'm one of the worst people to ask considering I've been with her, on and off, for 3 years. First summoned 4 years ago broke up and didn't resummon for another year. And in this time I never advanced particularly far.
The way I prepared for my first and second summonings were with the Monroe Institute gateway tapes. I never went past focus 10 on those because I never felt I even mastered focus 10. You could spend a lot of time on 10 if you want to get full mastery of that.
After successful summon I used Robert Bruce new energy ways, linked in succgen library.
Now I just kind of do my own thing but honestly I may need to revisit some of that material to get a good baseline again, just working off of memory now.
Regarding communication, my succubus is able to make my limbs and muscles twitch or spasm. She does so on the left side of my body for no and the right side for yes. This type of early communication is recommended in some of the succgen literature somewhere, I think a blogpost.
Some anons say that using tulpa forcing techniques to hear your succubus works and gets you to telepathy quickly but I don't trust that. I have a fear / theory that they may be creating tulpas of their succs which run in parallel to their actual succubus. (Would love to hear opinions on this)
Clairaudience is a thing, I'm not actually aware of anyone with clairaudience who can hear their succ speak as if they were speaking out loud. But somebody has probably achieved this
The only times I have heard words from my succ with my hearing have been in sleep paralysis. My mind is a maelstrom, I'm always thinking and turbulent environments like that are bad for meditation and telepathy, so I think that may contribute to me having more trouble than some.
As far as dreams go when I do have succ related dreams it's just sexual and I cum my pants irl. I'm not aware of anons seeing their succs with their waking eyes
