London /trv/
Going to London end of november for the concert on wembley. Should i book a place at wembley district or somewhere else? Only cool thing i saw in this district is some large hinduist temple that looks pretty dope. Any comfy cheapish place you would recommend to book? How to not get killed in London?
Other than that - are more touristy London places like BigBen, Buckingham Palace, Abbey church worth to see? Because they are expensive , 50pounds per ticket as i see it. Worth it or not?
How the train will be end of november? I am considering taking train London -> Hereford and stop here and there for any places of note, for example this cheaper version of Stonehenge i saw recommended somewhere. I will be in England probably for a week. So should i spend as much as possible in London or train journey to some more rural places, pubs etc also good idea?
Thoughts on this plan?

A bunch of friends have gone and returned with their kidneys intact from Armenia, they say it's pretty good as it is not a "touristy" destination
None have travelled outside Yerevan, however and I'm not able to find any good travel books for Armenia
I'm fluent in English, Russian and German, I assume nobody under 40 knows Russian and nobody over 40 knows English as all Eastern bloc/former soviet shitholes

Anyone been there? How are things outside Yerevan?

Did you notice that animals and humans can't be friends, according to PETA? ANother psyop? There can be no circuses with animals (some weren't abusive), there can't be zoos, seaworlds, travelling to Africa is becoming even worse or to Asia to see exotic animals?

German here, I am considering moving to Poland. Reasons being:

- I am a software engineering freelancer and getting new projects at previously common hourly rates has become impossible, while the costs of living and risks (of being declared a pseudo freelancer and having to pay up to 50k Euros in taxes for your past projects) only increased. Working from Poland for German companies is still feasible though. Especially considering the lower taxes.
- My current apartment here is only losing value and if I bought one in Poland (I could get much bigger and newer for the same price), it would only increase by 5% every year, according to current projections. I don't need a loan, I could pay all in cash.

What I am unsure about is, where to get best quality of life, which cities I should look more into. Supposedly the best is in Poznan, but that city has no water and middle Poland seems to suffer from high air pollution as they burn so much coal in their county. My favourite would be Danzig. It seems it even has two international private schools there, the ISG and BISG. Although I would have expected it to also have a German one (like Willy Brand school in Warsaw) since the city is originally German.

What do you guys think, am I overlooking something, any advice? I am talking to recruiters about this topic right now and will probably spend next holiday there with my family soon.

Rizzing jappies Archived /trv/
I'm in Japan for another 2 weeks, been here 1 week. I wanna take down a japette while I'm here. I'm tall, muscular, blonde hair/blue eyes. I do catch a few lingering stares from the girls, especially at night when the locals get drunk. My Japanese is sub-conversational but I can say hello and ask for directions type shit. I shot it with a couple girls, but they didn't wanna get dinner. I assume they know I'm fuckin around.
Any tips on where the girls who will fw foreigners hang out? And anyone with experience have date ideas? I'm in Osaka now, heading to the kyushu region in a few days. But I have a JR pass and I can kinda go wherever if I have the time.

Italian Travel /trv/
Spending a week a friend's house in Venetto Italy. Went to Venice, Bologna, Rovigo, Verona, Revana, Forli.
Pros:
- Not insanely hot
- Amazing Food
- Beer is not as bad as I thought it woul be.
- Everyone looks good, the wops are actually white.
- Surprisingly affordable if you aren't dumb.
- People are ridiculously friendly, not used to this since I grew up with southerners and they're absolute scum.
- Verona is the most beautiful city I've ever seen.
- Trains are decent.

Cons:
- Niggers
- Jeets
- Abduls
- High Taxes if one were to live here.

Is it worth going to Florence tomorrow? Is it worth moving to Verona? For context, I am white with blue eyes.

What country would be the best option for me?
I have $2,000 USD in passive income from bonds for the next 25 years.
I currently live in Belgium, where rent costs $1,700 USD a month.
I’m tired of living in such an expensive city.

My first option would be Chile, since I know basic Spanish.
What are your thoughts on Chile in terms of accommodation, food, and safety?

An honorable mention is Kazakhstan, although I can’t read Cyrillic.

All I know about it is that it's fill of homeless and the locals hate anyone not Japanese or native. I have about 1500 dollars and we are all staiyng in some airbnb place for a full month. Is that enough money? Is weed legal there? How do I avoid racism and homeless? Is the internet even good out there like could I play OSRS without shit lag? What do people do in hawaii other than bake themselves in the sun?

Do I need a passport to visit? I've never left my state before since it has everything you could want and wouldn't mind getting out of this due to a "lost" passport. I don't really want to sit on a plane for 4 hours over the ocean.

Any language learners here?

Ive learned conversational Central Thai and Khmer in 5 years traveling the region but always have to go back home every 6 months to make money. During that time my language skills tank despite having friends I talk to pretty much daily. I try to also only watch native content but admittedly their media sucks balls. Is this decline inevitable or does anyone have tips to mitigate this?

My next language, Burmese, is going to be even harder and I'm thinking about just teaching English so I can stay in the country longer and master this language through exposure again. Unfortunately there is a war going on, though Yangon should be safe enough for at least a few more years. What's teaching English like? I'm ok with shit pay I just need enough to pay for rent and street food.

Sorry for rambling, was up late last night and my brain is scrammbllllled. Time for work.

Canada's National Parks /trv/
Has anyone visited many of these? I've been to a lot of US National Parks, but not many in Canada. Looking at this map some look pretty remote. What's the point of having so many that you can only get to by plane? (I know that's not the reason to designate an area, but you still need people to visit them to make a point of having them). At least a dozen of those are practically impossible to visit without expensive charter planes and even if you could there are literally no facilities like camping grounds or towns to get supplies.

>Get on the plane with valid English people and out usual mix of shit immigrants, gets off with them and see some along the way to hotel.
Manage to to get a hotel out of the way enough to avoid them but somehow still have some tourists around.
>Travel out of the capital to more scenic town. Look at people waiting for the train.

>Oh boy here we go again.

>Walk around the town trying to soak in the feel being in a foreign country, see a few familiar faces along with other tourists. Hear London accents, takes me out of it totally.
At this point every holiday is a group holiday

In before go to non touristy places. Third world Balkan countries that saw 20 tourists a year who were all hardcore backpackers are the same way now.

American. Going to the canaries for 2 weeks in late Jan/early February. What am in for? Also can I smoke weed in the social clubs? I simply prefer it over alcohol.

3 week trip to Mexico /trv/
Going to Mexico with a buddy in a couple weeks. Any tips for not having my organs harvested and getting mugged? We start in Mexico City for a couple days. We wanted to focus on Mexico City + the parts south of that (like Acapulco and Puerto Escondido).

I already dread how long I will have to extend my cut after the visit just because of the god damn tasty food.

Some additional info:
>two mid thirties guys
>traveling with backpacks
>good but not fluent in spanish
>want to celebrate Dia de los Muertos, but Oaxaca is already booked out
>want to mostly chill, enjoy country, culture, food, people, weather and night life
>not too big on touristic sight seeing, but if anything worthwhile is nearby and worth seeing, sure why not
