And so my battle with the Demiurge escalates to a new plane. We are now fighting in the cyberworld.

There be storms a brewin'. Amber alerts have been issued for London, as we are expecting heavy rain and thunder over the next several days.
Batten down the mizzen mast, mateys.

The reproductive habits of arachnids should be of concern to us all. Do you have any idea how often sentient aliens in movies are portrayed as spider-like beings? It cannot be a coincidence. Starship Troopers was basically soft disclosure.

Good luck at the NEETbux humiliation centre. Do not let them grind your spirit down (they will try, it brings them a sort of euphoric, non-sexual pleasure).

Good luck. I pray you come back in one piece, perhaps with food or a tale about how you found a friendly cat who let you pet it.

I love reading VTM lore about the different clans and generations of vampires (going backwards from the present day to the more legendary earlier vampires), but I hate the wider encompassing lore. It feels very badly written with not a huge amount of thought put into what the ramifications of what a lot of things might be.

>How come it's illegal to open the window properly?
I remember me dad asking that question once. The nee-nors nipped round to the house fast as lightning and slung him straight in the nick.
Came back three fortnights later with a dent in his 'ead and a smile that didn't quite reach his eyes. He don't talk so good no more.

Britain is a third world country, which makes me an exploitable third worlder by default.
But in reality, I think the rise of AI is reducing entry level positions in things like accounting and bookkeeping. Even in comparison to a year ago, there seem to be a lot fewer openings for them, and the salaries are grimmer. I don't think I'm a good candidate, but I also think I picked a very bad time to get into this particular line of work.

>For unemployment benefits is generally more about workers wanted to have some possible back up if they get fired so they vote for them.
That, and the government doesn't want unemployed people committing crimes to meet their basic needs.
>And don't you think it'd be fairer for you too if employment was split more evenly and you worked a fair share of it, instead of having to entertain some retarded HR employee to get a job and government workers so they keep your benefits?
This is starting to sound a lot like communism to me.
Maybe it would be better if our government did what Japan does and just create retarded do-nothing jobs just so people have something to do.

There's a drink in the UK called "Rubicon" and my sister said she found out yesterday that it's a real thing. It turns out that she's never heard of Hannibal, Carthage or the Punic Wars before.

Better luck with the next coin.
For me, it's waiting for an extremely wealthy unknown relative to pass away and leave me their entire fortune (a chain of hotels and £60m liquid).

We were so close to greatness. We caressed it with our fingertips before we fell back down to Earth.

A very grim occurrence, but unfortunately not that uncommon. When my cat had kittens, one of them had a deformed lower half and died after a few days.
Your thoughts on adopting one of the cats from the litter?

I hate the evenings especially, because even though the temperature is nominally lower than during the afternoon, the humidity increases and makes existence even more uncomfortable than it already was.
Only three more months until it's all over. Be strong.
