No it isn't. There's a reason Tob Fox and co. deleted the withering flower sprite in one update before way later finally giving it a new one in the next. The rose withering sprite was deemed objectionable for the interpretation/memes of deflowering (or raping) Noelle. Otherwise, Toby and co. wouldn't have turned it into a single dot before replacing it with the new red cracking/shattering animation.
Toby Fox hasn't chaged other unobjectionable content to clarify supposed misunderstandings. He only changed the objectionable withering rose animation. Additionally, he didn't make it togglable, showing his intent for content erasure to appease the pearl-clutchers complaining.
Toby "I'm dodging bullets from a loli kitsune, my day could no be finer" Radiation Fox is gone. He clearly supports fictional content restrictions now.

Toby literally just did the usual shit where the main character's gender is ambiguous so people can project onto them whatever they want, it's the same shit he did in Undertale. The problem is that you have retards who look at characters always referring to Kris with they/their pronouns to faciliate this, and then say "SEE THAT'S THEIR CANON PRONOUNS SO THEY'RE NON-BINARY", ignoring that literally EVERYBODY refers to them this way, even people who literally just met them. So everybody just magically knows they're non-binary? Or is it the obvious explanation of Toby just letting you make Kris whatever you want them to be?

Like god damn, I don't even fucking care if you want them to be non-binary, you can literally already do that because of how Kris is designed, but they're not even satisfied with that, they NEED Kris to be non-binary so they can have a "representation win", and it's one of the reasons I can't stand the fucking deltarune reddit because everybody there seems to fellate this narrative.
