They always say to remove distractions from your environment, so you'll get bored and put your energy into something productive. There's an issue though: I can't get bored. I have maladaptive daydreaming or whatever the fuck, so my brain automatically sends me into a parallel universe and shows me random stories instead of getting bored. So how the fuck do I get productive? I've tried for a long time to force it, but it just doesn't work that well. Is there any way to get bored despite of this?
