Also occasionally. I recognize it as a trap and I try to avoid it but I still end up in youtube short reels sometimes

Certainly far too often years ago. I was jacking off and looking at porn every day. Now I'm trying to quit both entirely.

Yeah. If theres snacks in the house, I do tend to eat them. probably why although im not overweight, I'm not the weight I want to be.

Used to be alot worse, but its a bit better because I learned to start just accepting bad things.
Don't think im capable of attracting a woman, so I just tell myself sure but theres many other beautiful aspects of life to experience. Still bash myself as a loser sometimes, particularly in the competitive games I mentioned above. Its like an automatic response for me that I think and say out loud "I don't know why im trying, I'm never going to be able to beat this guy."
