My story below:
When I contacted a psychic she told me move as soon as possible, not to gossip, and be more discerning about who I talk to and go around. Apparently a cult that worships a demon called Mami Wata has been targeting me for a while, its a black supremacist group. Has anyone had experiences with them? Soon after that things got way worse where they kept me awake for days which ended up with me in the ER so they would have an excuse to take my blood and use it to control me. Forced me to walk at night to another town so they had an excuse to put me in psych ward. They literally strapped me down and forcibly drew blood with a crazy smile on their face. While I was there in the psych ward there were people with satanic tattoos, the checkered pedophile tattoos, natives that burned incense to summon their demons. All the cults in town got in on it. They r@ped me in my sleep while I was there, woke up with sticky stuff down there every morning. They kept trying to convince me to take meds, and even forced it a few times. Literally made it so if I didn't get their shot they sent police to force take me there. I kept saying no I will not take it, and eventually they discharged me from the psychosis program.

TL;DR: I experienced weird and interesting spiritual affects from not brushing my teeth, and want to know why

I saw people on here talking about how toothpaste contains parabens and other chemicals which lower testosterone and IQ. After researching the topic I decided that I could experiment with avoiding toothpaste for a week, especially since I don't eat much sugar anyways. I also decided that I would try to spend most of these days meditating, reading and spending time in nature.

On day 1 I felt a little more energetic yet calm but I had simply attributed this to being out in nature and getting exercise and a good diet.

On day 2 I felt the same but more so, though when I went to sleep I had really vivid dreams about something that I don't really know if I could properly explain here. But when I woke up on day 3 I felt like I had the answers to a lot of problems in my life and experienced a lot of clarity.

On day 3 after that I noticed that I was able to read for hours and didn't ever feel bored. I was able to run in the woods without feeling exhausted.

Day 4 was when the spiritual affects started to take place. When I meditated within moments I felt an ecstatic feeling throughout my body, and then I felt it reach my soul too. I entered into this trance for a good 30 minutes or so (hard to tell since I had no feeling of time). When I stopped I felt sort of a refreshing feeling as if all the leftover stress over all my years of living had just disappeared.

On day 5 when I meditated I felt the same thing but better, and it felt like my soul/conscious/whatever was expanding. After a while of this I felt something surreal. Like I was the fabric of the entire universe. Aside from meditation I felt more complacent in just doing whatever. I had less desire or boredom.

This is going to be a bit difficult to explain, but I will try. I have noticed that there seem to exist theoretical emotions within the mind that I don't think anyone ever actually experiences. The vast majority of these are of extremely high intensity, with what I imagine is the most common example being the feeling of love turned up to a level that is literally euphoric. I don't think anyone (or at least the vast majority) ever actually experience this emotion, yet somehow our minds seem to be aware of it, just like how in dreams we can feel the sensation of falling from a great height even without ever having done so.

Another phenomenon that I feel like might be related is how images of things seem to have more emotion/energy than the thing itself. For example, if you were to look at an image of a location you find beautiful, my experience is that you get a greater feeling of beauty from the image than if you were to go to that exact location and observe it directly.

Does anyone have any theories of why these happen?
