There's actually more than one item you need to get the best endings and even though you might find them if you explore thoroughly you could still just not use them when you're supposed to.
But it's all good because IIRC you can just get whatever ending you get naturally the first time then reload your save to explore more or do it differently next time

The EE has noticably better camera (moves smoother, doesn't rubber-band, doesn't glitch into Strategic View randomly). For anyone who has played the original game, you know what I mean, and why it matters.
Other than the improved camera, WASD movement is improved too, though I rarely used it.
Both of these are downstream from the actual purpose of this relase: porting it to the Nintendo Switch. So console port + controller support are the main goal, and us PC gamers get better camera from it, and that's about it.
As with NWN1, I expect the EE will be objectively better after a few patches, and I expect we'll be recommending it to everyone when its fixed up in a few months. Right now, mods aren't all flawlessly working, and it sometimes crashes.

You're being deliberately disingenuous. It's a simple matter of supply and demand, and you can't be too stupid to see that so you're a liar. The rest of your post is a bunch of bullshit explaining that if only we had Fully Automated Luxury Gay Space Communism then the unemployment and rising housing costs caused by mass immigration wouldn't be an issue. But here's the thing, even if we DID live in your version of a perfect communist utopia, we STILL wouldn't need millions of immigrants coming in every year, and if we DID bring them in it would reduce the standard of living for the existing population of luxury space communists.

You may recall that the last time that was tried it proved to be incredibly successful at restoring a certain country in central Europe from a devastating depression to becoming an economic powerhouse.
