No, LOVE in Undertale is still LOVE in Japanese. The wordplay woud have been really hard to translate, so they left it as is since love is a common enough loan word for them anyway. The prophecy in Deltarune uses the Japanese word 愛 (meaning love, specifically true love or deeply felt love), but again, nips know that's equivalent to love in English so the double meaning isn't lost on them.
