It's even worse when you realize a bunch of them are the ones crying about modern games while yearning for the AAA crap of their childhood. Genuinely hard to take any 'old good, new bad' arguments seriously after seeing tons of unironic posts on here getting nostalgic over games like CoD and personally knowing dudes that whine about modern games constantly, despite never trying anything non-AAA that other people recommend them, while being fond of Assassin's Creed and Fallout 3.

>the dudes who literally requested and designed the Mk14
Is that why the program was an immense retardation from beginning to end, from the armorers in the field not being notified that disassembling the Sage stock made the accuracy go to shit as everything had to be torqued to spec at the factory, to the Leupold scope being BDC'd for match ammo that was no longer in service instead of current issue M118LR?

>finding out useful information if you're going somewhere or currently out and lost
You had that information before you left. You either had a map that you would reference, directions you had downloaded, or if all else failed you would stop at a place nearby where you were originally lost and ask them for directions.
>Did you answer emails only when you got home? ]
Yes. I still do that...
>What did you do to procrastinate if using public transport?
You read a book, listened to music, or just enjoyed the scenery.
>What did you do whilst taking a long shit?
Typically brought a book to read. If you had nothing then you would have to read the shampoo bottles or some shit.
I say this with all sincerity, the internet has brought so much but for daily life it has completely fucking eviscerated normal life.

>"This company's doing well? Surely that means they'll finally give us more microtransactions to waste our money on!"
Why are FG players like this? This is the only game I've played where I've seen people complain there aren't more cosmetics to blow money on and it's also a full priced game that charges for DLC characters.

Re-posting because I can't be bothered to retype for this bullshit.
I just watched it, it's complete dogshit.
>starts off trying to replicate the sheer panic and desperation of the second film's opening, but just comes across as boring and "safe"
>cuts to completely different characters doing bad Geordie accents
>go out the mainland for... nothing, they get no supplies or resources, they waste tonnes of arrows, and almost get killed for the fun of it
>pointlessly adds new "kinds" of rage infected, which undermines the simplicity of the first film where everyone just becomes a violent monster
>CG deer, literally couldn't even be bothered to go to anywhere up north with actual herds of deer
>the literal "women bonding while giving birth" moment with a fucking rage infected
>baby somehow isn't infected
>over-use of the whole "tearing their head off" thing, with the skull and spine motif, but it's not original or particularly shocking, just screams campy
>excessive infected nudity
>crazy doctor covered in iodine somehow surviving for years out in the open surrounded by infected, with no obvious signs of supplies
>the deranged pointless mum character they were setting up as some Manchurian candidate after she killed the zombie and forgot, turns out she's just got cancer and dies
>an absolutely insane ending of a bunch of Jimmy Saville impersonators doing some of the cheesiest backflipping combat I've ever seen outside of a comedy
Why is it that all these directors that return to do sequels to their lightning-in-a-bottle films years later all end up as hacks?

>Jane Kaczmarek as Lois, the family's hot-headed and stubborn mother who is also an intelligent and decisive woman
>Bryan Cranston as Hal, Lois' husband and father to Francis, Reese, Malcolm, Dewey, Jamie and Kelly. Hal is a well-meaning, loving, but inept and completely immature father, and completely dependent on Lois.

Okay? I haven't bought an EA game in over a decade, which means I'm doing more to "fight the power" than the journos who show faux concern and the California progressives who still swing to bat and work for these corpos.

>theres way more happening in Darktide with the lighting and amount of shit happening yet it runs smooth as silk
What the fuck is the RE engine, and why is Capcom allergic to loading screens, that shit would fix a lot of the problems of the games using this engine.
>but we need to render the idle NPCs with no dialogue from across teh map behind a wall inside a house
What the fuck are you doing Capcom.
