Honestly, I am American and I don't get it either. We generally fucking suck at E-Sports. Basically NA is on average the worst region (We're counting real regions, not South America or Africa lmao) HOWEVER we'll randomly have 1 or 2 guys that are like a top 3 player in the world.
If you look at the top 10 players of a game, 9 of them will be European/Asian and then 1 of them will be American and he'll be like #2 or #3. Otherwise though, most of our players are just not good. I don't get it. We have a huge population and a large gaming culture, yet I cannot think of a game where America is the strongest region.
Maybe something like Quake back in the day, but that barely counts as e-sports was heavily regional. Once it became more global America has been dominated in everything. In FPS Europeans rule. In the FGC it is East Asians. In RTS it is Europeans again. In MOBAs it is East Asians/European. Those are all of the major e-sports and America does not do particularly well in any of them. Like I said, you'll have one or two American fighting game players who are good, but on average we fucking suck and are at risk of being worse than the fucking Caribbean in SF6.

The thing about 4chan is they're incredibly ignorant on Veilguard. Literally the only thing you people know about the game is that Taash's "So, I'm non-binary" scene, and I am here to tell you Taash is actually WORSE than you think.
