You know, as someone who loved all the Dark Souls games, I just cannot be motivated to complete Elden Ring. I think it's because the NPCs here just kind of suck. In the Dark Souls games, the NPCs are what let you both learn more about the world and develop a stronger personal connection to it, while the NPCs in Elden Ring are all just kind of doing their own thing. And because it's open world, it's way easier to accidentally fuck up their quests.
