Here is the secret: you don't need to do the whole rotation from the get go. Look at what parts of it actually do dmg and give boons and what is filler. You won't be sitting in place, completing it perfectly every time anyway. Knowing what's the main thing you are supposed to do and gradually adding rest on top, while doing mechanics, is a better approach. There are few cases in the game where you need the whole thing perfectly or nothing happens.

The fact that there are people out there who are seriously too fucking stupid to play L4D2 at even a semi-competent level baffles me.
