Konami made an amazing Fox Engine... and let it rust away. It would be ideal for Sh games. but no one knows how to use it anymore. So it's back to the unreal slop mines.

Story/setting seems to be SH2: China edition. Or Japan. They also are fully melee, when I know Japan had some cool police revolvers back then.
