Deltarune has an epidemic of futanari smut. It is disproportional compared to other games.
As an example, a whopping 16.4 percent of Susie smut is futanari. Compare that to another girl from a different game, in this case Tifa Lockhardt, and it is a mere 6.04 percent futanari, which is a fairly decent low ball for all others, which ended up averaging out around ~8 percent across five additional sources.

So, Susie has roughly twice the ratio of futanari smut compared to other video game characters. And it's mostly Susie, too.
Hell, Elnina has a paltry 1.1 percent.

What causes this?
Is the game tumblr-ified? Does it attract a specific crowd? Is it the scalies? Is it because she is a tomboy? Why is Susie so frequently given a big ol' swingin' dick?
In your opinion, of course. I hardly think I'll have enough hard data to get a scientific answer.
