Genuine question for someone who plays the game in an unhealthy manner. How do I tell my danchou that I wanted to leave the club to join a more tryhard one?

This doesn't apply to those targeting the top 100 but rather to those ranked 500 and below. I don't dislike this /uma/ club and the anons have been pretty chill. But danchou has made it clear on the notice board that things are going to be pretty casual, so I might just join another that's aiming for the extra carats.
