I know that we are here to talk about videogame publishers and the initiative aiming to induce EU regulations in order to protect the consumer rights of gamers but maybe the EU should also speedrun some regulation concerning chatbots. Technically the initiative is still in the gathering of signatures stage(if you are from the EU you should sign it since there is still time). Once that stage is over they will do a review and see what the situation is. The EU government has not started working on the SKG initiative yet, people need to understand that this is an offical process and there is a set order of how things are going to be done.
