Just to clarify incase you stumble upon the thread, I didn't beat any of the ToVs during my base hp run, I just attempted them once for some extra karma and hp refills upon exiting, my best result was reaching Volf in Day 2. Also I just suggested to prac the ToV bosses in the ninja trial mode, not to clear the entire thing, I find most MN/UN trials to be way too hard even with the nerfs. I've only done some of the easier MN missions and none on UN yet, dunno if I ever will.

What a bad faith post, the level 1 ut does shit damage which is why it takes that long, they die much quicker when you fight them normally. Several NG2 enemies are significantly tankier than anything in 3RE when you fought without UTs and Ninpo.
