Took a bit to win her over. She's a metal head so "planar magnetic magic" won her over for snappy bass. It is a dramatic change for sure, for around the same price. The XS has no business being as good as it is. She has to wear a headband sleeve for it to fit on her skull tho. Tiny head. Tiny woman.
If my HD800S ever dies (dread this everyday) after a decade of service I don't know what I'll do because with a wife and kids now (didn't in 2015) and the price of it has only gone up not down since I got them a month after launch. There doesn't seem to be much else out there with the same pinna transfer function accuracy, tight group delay, low harmonic distortion or general FR consistency.
Maybe with AI we can get some headphones designed around all the new PRTF modeling research happening for the most immersive listening experience you can get with speakers strapped to your head on the cheap. Free us from counting on Sennheiser accidentally creating a masterpiece then immediately forgetting how to do it again.

>out now
Ori (both), Axiom Verge (both, more Metroid than vania), Guacamelee (both, especially if you have a friend for co-op), Nine Sols (chinese stargate), Metroid Dread (and Super Metroid/Fusion if you can handle retro), RabiRabi (if you need cute/coom/bullet-hell in your metroidvania), Castlevania (Aria of Sorrow & SoTN), Luna Nights (best Touhou and superb metroidvania, just a bit easy imo), Bloodstained RoTN (if you can get over the hideous 3D shit), Cave Story+ (a classic but not for everyone), Prince of Persia TLC (if you want more of a combat focus and significantly more casual exploration/platforming), Animal Well (yes really, genuinely exceptional, just 10 dollars overpriced), Sundered (if beauty is a requirement then this cannot be missed, stunning art), Momodora (great, has a little T/A and if you're a huehue you can flex your national pride here), and Blasphemous (both, these aren't perfect by any stretch and 2 fixes most of my problems with 1, but there just isn't much out there with this style and art, it is one of a kind). Missing tons but those are just the ones that stand out immediately in my mind.
>not yet out
Upcoming potential instant classic: Possessor(s) (if you missed the next fest demo I feel bad for you, maybe it will come back next month).

>he didn't preorder it from EGS last week when the 20$ coupon was still up.
NGMI. Thanks for buying my copy Timaro. I've already added it to Steam so I can launch through steam using a hook.

I was curious to play it with my wife. Luckily we managed to snag 5090 FEs in stock Friday and those came with free Memelands 4 codes. So now I don't have to feel guilty playing it as we didn't explicitly pay for the keys.

Never heard of it. I only play videogames, shoot guns, paint and read for my hobbies. Sitting infront of a TV to watch a long series sounds painful. Happy you got your waifu in the yearly COD tho I guess. She has no ass tho, shame. Anyway thanks for taking the time to answer.

>You now remember Blockbuster.
I remember when Xbox came out and I'd go to blockbuster to swipe 100+ 1 month live trial cards, back when they stacked, so I could play Xbox Live for free. Good times. Also their 6 dollar a month unlimited rental thing where I could go and swap games whenever. Then I modded my Xbox and ripped every game they had to my Xbox's drive and cancelled.

It's great, you always have someone to play with. A friend who can't go invisible. Helps that my wife and I have a lot of similar interests. And when we aren't feeling co-op or pvp she just plays automation or 4x games and I play shmups or rpgs. That or we play on our Switch 2s (though we both just finished Donkey Kong so those aren't getting much love for a while). But as you get older holding onto gaming buddies is harder, so a wife is a safe bet.

>What have you been playing?
Battlefield 6 Beta with my wife, Metro Gravity, and BlazBlue Entropy Effect (just got the Bullet character).
>Any games you are looking forward to?
Battlefield 6 with my wife, Metal Eden, Jump Space with my wife, Arc Raiders with my wife, Constance, Scramble Vice, Spirit X Strike (once outta early access), and Morbid Metal (I don't know why but the demo had me HOOKED).
>Have you ever replayed a game from your childhood and found it was either better or worse than you remembered?
I'm playing through the good Castlevanias (Aria of Sorrow/Dawn of Sorrow) and they hold up great. I hope IntiCreates or maybe Wayforward gets rights to make a proper of Sorrow sequel.

Easier than buckling a belt. So if you can dress yourself you can build a PC.

My record is 12 with my highschool girlfriend in one afternoon. Got sick from it. The last couple were blanks. Good times.

Yes but the remaining maps better be at least 10x the size of these things. Brooklyn is unplayably small. Other than the OUTRAGEOUSLY small (for battlefield) maps everything feels great and I'm pretty excited for the full game. Gonna use the discount exploit to get it for 60 from Steam if my feelings don't sour by the time the beta is over.
I would also strongly prefer for weapons to be locked so there can be some semblance of balance and people have a reason to play a different class, but I've pretty much resigned myself to that being impossible. I would also strongly prefer a server browser. I will be a whale and spend in a cash shop if there is a server browser. If there isn't, all you get from me is price of admission.
This game is fun. I can't believe they have a 520k peak concurrent count in a BETA that requires Secure Boot to be enabled. Nuts. Hopefully it doesn't go to their heads and they ruin launch with an absolutely bonkers cash shop and 30 dollar battle piss.

Same. Wife and I got one preordered and received it at launch. Games she wouldn't touch on PC like Yakuza and Shitsona she's now hooked on. I replayed Odyssey and am working through Tears of a Kingdom and Bananza. Love it. Just wish the screen was OLED. Got us both the Skull & Co. StandGrip grip case for it and the console is infinitely more comfy to use and still extremely slim with the top cover for transport. Got some beefy stick toppers for them to from the same brand (the mid size concave ones) and now the sticks feel great. Loving it. I wish Nintendo would just allow us to emulated Switch 1 docked mode in handheld with the Switch 2 so we don't have to wait on patches for everything.

Fair enough. Just had to get my "umm actually" for the day outta the way so I can relax. Just got home from work. 45 minutes of shitposting online and then Bananza for 3 hours and a few matches of 2042 with my wife before bed (yeah I know, sucks ass but hyped for the BF6 beta tomorrow).

Preload done. Launched and set my keybinds/system settings/input sense. I'm ready for Thursday. Thank god I don't have some potato PC setup with a legacy BIOS.

They're really fucking cool and as soon as they can figure out the whole delicate inner screen thing the sooner I'll be using a folding phone again kek. Luckily I sold my OnePlus Open for like 30 dollars less than I paid and got a OnePlus 13 instead. It was dope, but the screen pealing after a year and having to ship it out for 4 fucking weeks to replace the screen protector so my 3 year warranty (with accidental) didn't get denied is nonsense. Doesn't matter who seems to tackle this problem they all have it. Otherwise it was great. I'm not someone who would justify buying a big phone (tablet) to go with my normal phone. But having a phone that can become a big phone (tablet) satisfies my need for a bigger screen when the occasion arises. I used it for everything, even remoting into my home network to control my NAS and game on my PC at work. I miss it but not having to worry about the delicate inner screen all the time.

CachyOS is the one you want.
Anyone got some good screencaps of Reb in those spats playing bass from behind? Her ass looked bigger than usual today.

I bing bing wahoo on my Switch 2. Which is pretty nice. I mounted a 19.75Wh battery on the back using magnets. Ready for my 2 month trip to Norway. 23 hours of traveling is gonna suck.
