I enjoyed what I played of it, but I got a game over at the Yellow Monkey boss battle and didn't really have the impetus to continue playing. Some good levels like the kung-fu one in the sky, though. The UK dub, which is the version of the game on PSN, is absolutely atrocious, and not even in a charming way.
They should remake Ape Escape 1 on modern PS consoles. Why not? Sony's in desperate need of some first-party IP.
