Huge cup of coffee(water and no calorie sweetener only) when I wake up keeps hunger at bay, only have one meal a day(late afternoon) but make it big and very filling(around 1000-1200 calories)
The greatest trick is to only go grocery shopping once a month, you just have to make do with what you got in the meantime and whenever you crave shit you don't have the ability to immediately indulge. And buying a few impulse items once a month is better than buying a few impulse items every [insert how often you go shopping]. Also makes a massive change in your spending.
Obviously don't eat out/order ever unless it's an important social event, having to put in the work to cook before eating also creates another barrier in preventing impulse indulgences.
The pandemic fucked up my weight badly but I've lost 27kg this way in less than a year.
